General Policies
Refunds cannot be given on materials or tuition. Credit only may be applied to tuition towards a proceeding session, on a case by case basis. For example- a serious family illness or family move necessitating a premature withdrawal from a session. Early withdrawal from a session can be subject to withdrawal fees. Balances on enrollment fees is payable by the 1st day of class, based on individual case. A payment plan is available. A late fee of $5 per week may be added to any late payments if using Marne's Kindermusik family payment plan. Makeup classes are allowed within the same session enrolled, if available. No overlapping session makeup classes, due to the fact that session themed materials vary. SCHEDULE --We will usually have class on most public school recess days/weeks except when a class day falls on major holiday. I will notify you if any different on any cancelled classes by phone/email. Otherwise, assume regular weekly classes. *Please notify if you need to bring siblings to class that don't usually attend. (A sibling fee may apply). *Marne's Kindermusik program exclusively encourages family participation. So bring whomever you'd like to class to play with us, including your out of town friends/family members. (A fee may apply to children under 9yrs.) Class Assignments- All students have been assigned a class time. In order to establish ideal class environments, those assignments must try to remain constant. If you or your child is ill, have a plans to be out of town, or cannot make the schedule class time, please make a courtesy call ahead to notify Marne. Please be prompt. I encourage the family to arrive 5-10min early to get water, use the restroom, change diapers,etc. Socializing before and after class is an important part of Kindermusik for both children and adults. I have allowed time before and after class to answer any questions you may have, or just for parens to chat amongst one another. *Please help me keep Kindermusik classes FREE of distraction by keeping non-class related discussions to a minimum. *Please silence/turn off cell phones during class. *Please try to refrain from bringing or using pacifiers or bottles, cups, or food into the classroom. (exceptions for 0-15mo) This inhibits language and other developmental skills in the activities we do.
